Smith: Tell me about your organizing ability.

Li Tian: My organizing ability is good.

Smith: Give me an example.

Li Tian: I have many experiences of organizing activities and competitions in university. For example, I organized a charity bazaar when I was a sophomore.
李甜：在大學，我有很多組織活動和比賽的經歷。比如，我還是大二的時候，就組織過一次義賣會。
Smith: Did you meet any difficulties during the activity?
史密斯：在活動過程中，你有遇到什么困難嗎？
Li Tian: Yes, I did. The bazaar was planned to be held outdoors. The weather was bad that day. So I decided to hold it in the gymnasium.
李甜：有，本來義賣會是計劃在戶外進行，那天天氣不好，所以我決定在體育館里舉行了。
