Smith: Are you applying for the sales assistant?

Li Tian: Yes, I am.
李甜：是的。
Smith: Well, can you use office software?
史密斯：那么，你能使用辦公軟件嗎？
Li Tian: I have experience in computer operation and I am familiar with office software such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
李甜：我有計(jì)算機(jī)操作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，也熟悉像 Word、Excel 和 PowerPoint 之類的辦公軟件。
Smith: At what level is your office software skill?
史密斯：你的辦公軟件操作水平怎么樣？
Li Tian: I used Word a lot to write paper in university and I was a presenter of our group project which required me to master PowerPoint.
李甜：我上大學(xué)時(shí)，用Word寫(xiě)了很多論文，我曾經(jīng)是我們小組項(xiàng)目的展示人，這要求我要熟練掌握PowerPoint。
Smith: Did you have any training in terms of office software?
史密斯：你接受過(guò)辦公軟件方面的培訓(xùn)嗎？
Li Tian: No. But I got a high score in school's computer course.
李甜：沒(méi)有，但是我在學(xué)校的計(jì)算機(jī)課上的成績(jī)不錯(cuò)。
