Chairman: Does anyone have anything to say about last week's business trip?
Jane: Yes, sir, I do.
Chairman: Go ahead, Jane.
Jane: Well, it seems our counterparts in Japan are on a different page.
Chairman: What do you mean?
Jane: They are working at a much slower pace than our team here in the States. And I don't think that they are taking the project as seriously as we are.
Chairman: Yes. That does seem like a problem.
Jane: It might just be an issue of miscommunication.
Chairman: Thank you for bringing this to our attention, Jane. I will call the project manager in Japan this afternoon.
Jane: No problem, sir. Yes, please call him as soon as possible.
