Tip:

unless是從屬連詞，引導(dǎo)條件狀語(yǔ)從句，含有否定意義，相當(dāng)于 if條件狀語(yǔ)從句的否定形式 (if... not)。常用來(lái)引導(dǎo)一個(gè)含否定意義的真實(shí)條件句，有時(shí)也可引導(dǎo)非真實(shí)條件句。 unless引導(dǎo)條件句時(shí)，可能會(huì)出現(xiàn)下列兩種情況:
(1)主句為肯定句。例如 You'll fail in math again unless you work har-der. (如果你不再加把勁學(xué)習(xí)，你數(shù)學(xué)考試還會(huì)不及格。 )
