B:Generally speaking.business is going well ,we have studied your catalogues and price lists and found that your products will be well received in our market. so we've got more confidence to be your consignee in Shangha.

A:Our cosmetics.toiletries and other products are very popular in other parts of China. More and more Chinese women are fond of our products. You know. some of them are particularly produced for oriental women. As our consignee. you'II certainly make beautiful profits. Well.Mr. Zhang.shall we move to the next point, the terms of consignment?
A:我們的化妝品，化妝用具和其他產品在中國的其他地區都很暢銷，越來越多的中國品女性喜愛我們的產品。您知道，有些產是專門為東方女性而生產的。作為我們代理人，你肯定賺大錢，好，張先生，我們接下來談一下寄售條件，好嗎？
B:Okay. Let's start with the period of time，shall we?
B:可以。我們首先談一下協議期限，好嗎？
A:Good. Usually, the similar contracts signed with other consignees are based on 12 months.why not follow the suit.I suggest the sales commence on or about May lst.2008 and continue throughApril 30h 2009.Now we're in February.There're still more than two months before May lst. We've got enough time to make all necessary preparations.
A:好的一通常同類合同以12個月為限，何不照此辦理？我建議從2008年5月1日左右開始銷售，直到2009年4月30日止。現在是二月份，距5月1日還有2個多月的時間。我們有足夠的時間做必要的準備工作。
B:I suggest that after starting the operation we two sides meet around July 15 to decide on acceptable sales for the remainder of the consignment period. I believe it will certainly benefit both of us.
B:我建議開始銷售后我們雙方在7月15日左右會晤一次，確定一下剩余的時間內可接受的銷售額度。我相信這樣做對雙方都有利。
A:Good idea.Mr. Zhang! You'd guarantee that our products will by then be displayed and sold in all big hotels large malls in Shanghai.
A:好主意，張先生。貴方要保證我們的產品屆時在上海的各大飯店，購物中心陳列。
B:So long as your products arrive here before April 1 5'h .2007, we'll be able to manage all the sales to your entire satisfaction.
B:只要你們的產品在2007年4月15日前到達上海，我們保證其銷售，貴方會滿意的。
A:During the consignment period. if you wish to increase the quantity of salable items, we shall cooperate on this matter through best efforts.For those articles which can not be sold. you should make read justment. replacement or withdrawal of the goods in question.
A:寄售期間，如果你方希望增加銷售數量，我方會通力合作對于那些不能銷售的產品，你方應該將貨物重新整理、調換或撤回。
B: Of course.
B:當然。
A: That sounds good.
A:聽起來不錯。
B: The goods will be delivered from Beijing where we've rented a warehouse,say by trucks it's more convenient than by train.
B:我們在北京租了倉庫，貨將從北京啟運汽車比火車更便利。
A: The insurance.no matter what it is, should be covered by you parly.
A:保險，無論什么險種，皆由貴方辦理。
