A: Greetings, neighbor. How's it going?
A：你好，鄰居。一切都順利嗎？
B: Hello to you! It's going just fine. Welcome to the neighborhood.

A: Thank you. How long have you been living here?
A：謝謝你。你在這住了多久了？
B: It's going to be my tenth year next month.

A: That's quite some time. Where did you move in from?

B: I was living in San Diego before I moved here.
