There are probably going to be times when you go ahead and buy some junk food simply because you want it.

When you do,put an equal amount of money into a jar or a piggy bank.

Once a month,count it.Adds up,doesn't it?
每個(gè)月把錢倒出來數(shù)一次。積少成多了，不是嗎？
Think about what you could have bought for yourself besides food.
想想看這筆錢如果不用來買垃圾食物，能買多少其他有用的東西。
But instead of buying whatever it is,contribute this sum to an organization that helps feed people who don't have enough food.
但是什么都別買，把這筆錢捐到愛心機(jī)構(gòu)去幫助那些吃不飽的人吧。
