Emma: Mark. what kind of exercises do you usually do?

Mark: Swimming, jogging. weight lifting...
馬克:游泳,慢跑,舉重…
Emma: Wow! That sounds g7'eat. How often do you go jogging?
愛瑪:哇!聽起來(lái)不錯(cuò)嘛。你都什么時(shí)候去跑步啊?
Mark: I try to do at least a little every day. The key to do exercise is to do it regularly.
馬克:我每天都會(huì)跑,運(yùn)動(dòng)最重要的是要有規(guī)律。
Emma: What are the best exercises for health?
愛瑪:什么運(yùn)動(dòng)對(duì)健康最有益呢?
Mark: I think it's impossible to name one exercise that's good for everyone.
馬克:我想一項(xiàng)運(yùn)動(dòng)要對(duì)每個(gè)人都有好處那是不可能的。
Emma: What about yoga?
愛瑪:瑜伽怎么樣?
Mark: Oh, yeah. I almost forgot. Yoga is now the most popular exercise in the States. Lots of people are doing that,
especially those movie stars.
馬克:哦,我差點(diǎn)忘了。那是現(xiàn)在美國(guó)最流行的鍛煉方式。很多人都做,尤其是那些電影明星。
Emma: That sounds like Chinese breath exercise.
愛瑪:聽起來(lái)像中國(guó)的氣功。
Mark: What is that?
馬克:那是什么?
Emma: It's called Qigong. It's just like yoga. to calm you down, you know that stuff, but in a different way.
愛瑪:中國(guó)話叫氣功,就像瑜伽一樣,能讓你平靜,你知道的,只是方式不同。
Mark: Emma, what's your favorite exercise?
馬克:愛瑪,你最喜歡什么運(yùn)動(dòng)?
Emma: Sleeping I guess.
