You shouldn't have gone to Julie's party.

A: How was the test?

B: Oh, don't even ask me. I am really worried.

A: Hey, I told you that you shouldn't have gone to Julie's party last night.

B: But it was her birthday! If I hadn't been there, she would have been really mad.

A: Oh, give me break. You should have studied for the exam. This was one of the most important exams in this semester.
