What should we do about it? ?

A: Is that your cell phone? It's too loud.

B: I'm sorry. I'll turn it off.

A: You know, it's really a problem when students bring their cell phones to class.

B: I know what you mean. What should we do about it?

A: We must put a sign on the door like “You must turn off your cell phone before entering the classroom.”.

B: Also, there must be a fine for anyone whose phone rings in class.

A: That's a good idea. But first, everyone has to remember we must not have a cell phone in class.
