1. TLO是“a policy for total loss”的縮寫，意為“全損險”。全損險是指全部損失、實際損失和推定全損的總稱，是海洋運輸貨物保險的主要險種之一。

2. under insurance 不足額保險

eg. We don't want to take the risk of losing money because of under insurance.
我們不想冒因投保不足而造成損失的風險。

eg. In the case of under-insurance, the insurer shall acquire the right to the subject matter insured in the proportion that the insured amount bears to the insured value.
但是，在不足額保險情況下，保險人按照保險金額與保險價值的比例取得對保險標的的部分權利。

3. underwriter

n. 保險公司；保險業者；承諾支付者；擔保人

eg. It is the top underwriter of corporate bonds in China.
該公司是中國最大的企業債券承銷商。

eg. Depending on whether an operation is invoked by the customer or by the underwriter, the returned behavior may be quite different.
