周末的黃金時(shí)光
Do you have any plans for the weekend?
你周末有什么計(jì)劃嗎?
I hope you do, if you don't check out the culture page in your local paper or on the internet or just sit down and think of something that you want to do.
我希望你有個(gè)計(jì)劃,如果你不是看看當(dāng)?shù)貓?bào)紙或互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的文化頁或只是坐下來想你想做的事。
I hope to go on a small road trip this weekend.
我希望在這個(gè)周末有一次很小的開車旅行。
I have a few ideas but my wife and I haven't decided exactly where to go.

What you do on the weekend obviously depends on the weather, if it's nice and warm outside we often play in the water.
你周末干什么顯然要看天氣而定,如果是挺暖和的,我們經(jīng)常在外面玩水。
This means that we could have a water fight with squirt guns outside the house or we could go to the ocean and splash in the water there.

When it's really cold, we'd like to go sliding, you can pay and go on man made slopes but we like to grab a bar and slide down the slipper slope with the neighborhood's kids.
當(dāng)天氣實(shí)在太冷了,我們想去滑冰,你可以花錢在人造斜坡上過癮,但是我們想抓住一個(gè)板子, 與鄰居的孩子從坡上滑下來，享受單純的快樂。
So what's going to be this weekend, indoor stuff, boring, shopping, walking around the music or outdoor stuff, going for a hike or simply a walk?
所以這個(gè)周末有什么安排呢？室內(nèi)活動(dòng)、無聊、購物、聽著音樂四處走走還是活動(dòng),去遠(yuǎn)足或者簡(jiǎn)單地去散散步嗎?
Of course you can always stay at home and play a ballgame or watch a family video altogether.
當(dāng)然你可以呆在家里玩球類運(yùn)動(dòng)或全家觀看一段家庭視頻。
Sometimes we buy a Jigsaw Puzzle and put it together on the kitchen table, we are just talking to each other it's nice to work together as a team.
有時(shí)我們會(huì)買一個(gè)拼圖,把它放在廚房桌子上,我們彼此交談,很高興在一起工作,就像一個(gè)團(tuán)隊(duì)。
I hope to spend some quality times with my family even it's for short time.

I want to focus on the quality.

I hope you and your love ones also agree to spend some quality time together.

It's not just how much time you spend with someone, but how well you spend the time with that person that counts.

It's the quality not the quantity that's important.
不是追求量而是追求質(zhì)。
