有效談升遷沒有那么容易，請(qǐng)先做功課。寫下你的優(yōu)勢(shì)及過去你對(duì)公司的貢獻(xiàn)。對(duì)于自己的工作能力，保持正面自信的態(tài)度。

與其要求老板給你升遷，還不如展現(xiàn)你對(duì)公司的熱誠(chéng)，愿意負(fù)責(zé)更多工作任務(wù)，借著個(gè)人努力在職場(chǎng)階梯上向上攀爬。注意個(gè)人禮儀及尊重他人。你可以提及自己的工作佳績(jī)，并且不要道人的長(zhǎng)短，體現(xiàn)你的個(gè)人優(yōu)秀特質(zhì)。記住了！展現(xiàn)你的團(tuán)隊(duì)精神很重要。

這里有一些例子教你該跟老板說什么：

"I feel that I am handling my current responsibilities very well and I would like to discuss what else I can take on." 我對(duì)自己目前的工作表現(xiàn)很滿意，我想跟你談?wù)勱P(guān)于自己未來的工作任務(wù)。

"I would like the opportunity to discuss a possible pay raise along with more work responsibilities." 我希望能藉由擔(dān)負(fù)更多的工作責(zé)任而加薪。

不該說什么：

"I have been working very hard lately and I feel I deserve a salary increase." 我最近都在加班，所以我希望薪水能加一些。

"I am working much harder than my colleagues but I'm getting paid the same as them. I should be getting paid more." 跟其它同事比起來，我工作更努力，薪資還拿的一樣，我認(rèn)為我的薪水應(yīng)該比其它人領(lǐng)得多。

"I've been working here so many years and I'm still earning the same salary." 我在這家公司工作很多年，薪水還是一樣。
