周三，美國七家太陽能產(chǎn)品制造商請求奧巴馬政府對中國太陽能進(jìn)口產(chǎn)品征收超過100%的關(guān)稅，理由是這些產(chǎn)品存在不正當(dāng)削價競爭行為，并且破壞美國的就業(yè)機會。

報道中的"impose duties"即 “征收關(guān)稅”的意思。這里的“關(guān)稅”是我們常用的"duty"，除此之外，一般還可以用"tariff"，"custom"，"impost"等詞來表達(dá)“關(guān)稅”的意思。
