談論工作經驗是表現自己是該職位合適人選的良機，可以運用事例說明自己的工作經驗和成就，如曾經一手成立了新部門、新系統、找到新客戶等。不過，切記答案要言簡意賅，不要長篇大論。至于沒有或工作經驗很少的畢業生，可將一些在學校生活學到的東西聯系到申請的工作上。例如，上學時曾經當過學生會主席便可以用實例證明自己有領導才能。
