Larry和李華正在開車去看朋友，可是在紐約皇后區(qū)迷了路。李華今天會學(xué)到兩個常用語：make a u-ey和step on it。

LL: Uh, Li Hua, I think we are going the wrong way. I think we need to make a u-ey.

LH: 什么， 我們走錯路了啦？要make a u-ey，那是什么意思啊?

LL: To make a u-ey is to take a u-turn. U-ey - U-EY. I think you can make a u-ey up at the light ahead

LH: 往回開是對的。但是，Larry，你沒看見在燈前面有不讓調(diào)頭的牌子嘛！

LH: 我可以踩油門，再開快一點(diǎn)。不過安全也很重要呦！

LH：還要讓我step on it! 你真是瘋啦？

今天李華學(xué)到了兩個常用語。一個是make a u-ey， 意思是開車的時候調(diào)頭往回開。李華學(xué)到的另一個常用語是step on it， 意思是踩油門，加快速度。
