第四題. Please give a summary of the personal pension saving in the United Kingdom.這道題的關(guān)鍵解題點在于pension savings，根據(jù)這一keyword回到原文當(dāng)中去定位，即找到第8段，然后按
照做summary的方法，用省略細(xì)節(jié)法或者簡化描述法將第8段內(nèi)容總結(jié)一下，即為答案。
