final say就是指“最終決定權(quán)”，也就是我們口語里說的“拍板，說了算”。有時也說成是last say。比如：You have the final say（你說了算）。Say在這里表示“話語權(quán)，決定權(quán)”，比如：have not much say in sth（對某事沒有多大發(fā)言權(quán)）。
