20國(guó)集團(tuán)會(huì)議機(jī)制，涵蓋了世界最主要的發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家、發(fā)展中國(guó)家和轉(zhuǎn)軌國(guó)家，成員國(guó)人口占世界總?cè)丝诘?/3，國(guó)內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值占世界國(guó)內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值的90%以上，對(duì)外貿(mào)易額占世界貿(mào)易額的80%，是一個(gè)具有廣泛代表性的重要國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)論壇。//在當(dāng)前國(guó)際形勢(shì)下，20國(guó)集團(tuán)各成員應(yīng)該在平等互利、求同存異、靈活務(wù)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)上開展對(duì)話，加強(qiáng)同其他國(guó)際和區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)的交流合作，以增進(jìn)互信、擴(kuò)大共識(shí)、協(xié)調(diào)行動(dòng)，在健全國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易體制和規(guī)則、完善國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)金融體系、加強(qiáng)南北對(duì)話和合作、促進(jìn)全球 減貧和發(fā)展等方面，發(fā)揮更大、更積極的實(shí)質(zhì)性作用。//

The G20 mechanism has included in its members the primary players of both developed and developing countries as well as those in transition. Measured by population size, they account for two thirds of the world total; by GDP, over 90 percent, and by foreign trade, 80 percent. All this has made it a widely representative and influential international economic forum.// In light of the current international context, G20 members must engage in flexible and pragmatic dialogues on the basis of equality and mutual benefits, seeking common ground while shelving differences. Meanwhile, they must also increases exchanges and cooperation with other regional and international economic institutions to build trust, expand consensus and coordinate actions. All this will give them bigger and more active roles that can have a real impact on ameliorating the international trading systems and rules, improving the international economic and financial structures, enhancing North-South dialogue and cooperation and facilitating global efforts in poverty reduction and development./
