To Whom It May Concern,I am writing to express my opinion about the current policy on the Golden Week holiday.
致相關人士：我寫此信的目的是想表達對目前“黃金周”政策的看法。
Truly, the past decade has witnessed many advantages of the Golden Week holiday, but we should never ignore its disadvantages.
誠然，過去十年“黃金周”帶來了諸多好處，然而我們決不可忽略其帶來的弊端。
On the one hand, it may lead to heavy traffic in that a large number of tourists go on traveling during the same period.
一方面，因為大批游客同一時段外出旅游，使得交通嚴重擁堵。
On the other hand, some tourists, with no awareness of environmental protection,
另一方面，有些游客缺乏環保意識，
often litter at random so that the scenic spots are polluted and thus it demands a tremendous sum of money to eliminate the pollution.
經常亂丟垃圾，污染了旅游景點，而治理這些污染需要耗費大筆金錢。
Considering the current grim situation,it is necessary that the authorities concerned should take immediate measures to eliminate these disadvantages.
鑒于目前形勢嚴峻，有關部門有必要立刻采取措施來消除這些弊端。
