China International Tendering Co. (hereinafter called CITC) is authorized to invite sealed bids from eligible bidders for the construction of the project.
茲授權(quán)中國(guó)國(guó)際投標(biāo)公司（此后簡(jiǎn)稱CITC）邀請(qǐng)具有資格的投標(biāo)商對(duì)此工程的建設(shè)進(jìn)行封閉式投標(biāo)。
A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders upon non-refundable payment of RMB 8000 for each package at Room 608 on the 6th floor,
有興趣的投標(biāo)者可在2013年2月3日至3月3日上午9:00-下午5:00（節(jié)假日除外）
Zhongguancun Financial Tower, Beijing, between 9:00 a.m and 5:00 p.m.from February 3 to March 3, 2013(except public holidays).
在北京市中關(guān)村金融中心6層608房間購(gòu)買投標(biāo)文件,每套8000元人民幣，概不退款。
Neither CITC nor the employer will be responsible for any costs or expense incurred by bidders in connection with the preparation or delivery of bids.
對(duì)于此次投標(biāo)相關(guān)的準(zhǔn)備貨投遞的任何費(fèi)用或支出，中國(guó)國(guó)際投標(biāo)公司和雇方概不負(fù)責(zé)。
