If you ask me,fast food plays an important role in our life. The pace of life is faster than the past,and fast food can meet this change. The advantage of fast foods is evident. With the acceleration of the pace of life,people have less and less time for eating. Therefore,most of them rely on fast food because they don't have to wait for a long time for the service. Besides, it's easier to carry than traditional Chinese food. However,that junk food is not nutritionally balanced. It's not wise to eat too much. In the long run,it may bring harm to one's health. Therefore,we should avoid eating too much fast food?
如果你問我,我認(rèn)為快餐在我們的生活中扮演很重要的角色。生活節(jié)奏比以前快了許多,它可以滿足這種變化。快餐的優(yōu)勢是顯而易見的,隨著我們生活節(jié)奏加速,我們減少了就餐的時間,因此,很多人都選擇快餐,因為他們無須為就餐而耗費太多的時間。還有,他們比傳統(tǒng)的中餐更容易攜帶。然而,這種垃圾食品營養(yǎng)不均衡,不宜多吃。從長遠(yuǎn)角度來看,它會給我們的身體帶來傷害,因此應(yīng)該避免吃太多速食。

Well,I don't know much about this kind of food,but I think it's fairly new and advanced. Nobody knows about the effect of it. I'm very glad to say scientific agriculture has to some extent relieved the burden on our limited farm land of raising such a large population in China because it may have greater output. Government should take some measures to encourage farmers to involve more scientific technology in their farming. On the other hand,it's still up in the air whether the scientific production has the same internal structure and if they contain the same amount of nutrition as well as traditional production.
我不太了解這種食品,但是我覺得這是一種新型的先進食品。沒有人了解它的效能。我很高興地說,科學(xué)地發(fā)展農(nóng)業(yè),增加了農(nóng)業(yè)的產(chǎn)出率,這在一定程度上減輕了我們有限的耕地和養(yǎng)活中國眾多人口的負(fù)擔(dān)。政府應(yīng)該采取措施鼓勵農(nóng)民將更多的科技運用到他們的耕作上。另一方面,同樣的領(lǐng)域科學(xué)產(chǎn)品是否有相同的成分以及是否像傳統(tǒng)食品那樣含有同等的營養(yǎng),仍然不得而知。
