生活：

When a large sum of money is involved – 留學，買房子

When a substantial commitment is involved – 結婚 生子 養寵物

When there is an element of serious risk - 投資，買房

When there is danger of hurt to individuals – 離婚，分手，獨自生活（搬離父母）

態度方面：

調整心情，直面失敗，直面失戀，甚至是對待生死疾病

改變對某個考試的態度，

改變生活習慣，比如晚睡，不運動，吃垃圾食品，玩手機，打游戲，拖延癥，過于內向等
