For me is the time after lunch. As my work has to be done before 5.00 o'clock and I tend to get little done before lunch so I often suddenly feel stressed at that time. Besides, I feel very sleepy after a big meal so I find it hard to concentrate, which worsens the issue. So I become extremely busy around 2.00. No. I don't enjoy it at all. I even feel by blood pressure rising. I try to get more done before lunch to change it.
