建筑的用途主要是 1.民有所居,防止homelessness和deaths,以及犯罪等社會問題2 抗震，防洪，安全3科技含量:低碳環保通風向陽 對立面:房子也具有藝術功能，1比如城市規劃的美觀2傳統老建筑代表文化遺產3旅游景區的房子的藝術性可以帶動旅游經濟。
