Peter Callesen does so. Since 2004, he has been turning two-dimensional surfaces into three-dimensional sculptures simply by means of a knife, some glue, a super-creative mind and two super-talented hands. From the white surface of ordinary A4 paper, a wonderful world arises. Stories are told without ever using a pen.
