Nobody likes to be untidy.

However, some students throw waste paper and bottles everywhere.

We all need a quiet place to study, but some students often make too much noise at school.

Worst of all, some of them are quite rude when talking to others.

Everyone knows their behavior is bad, but none of us knows how to stop them.
大家都知道他們的行為不對(duì)，可是我們不知道該怎么去阻止他們。
I think we should make rules to change the situation.
我覺(jué)得我們應(yīng)該制定規(guī)則來(lái)改善情況。
Anyone who breaks the rules will be punished.
任何不遵守規(guī)則的人都應(yīng)受到懲罰。
Perhaps it will be hard for us to obey the rules in the beginning,
可能一開(kāi)始讓大家遵守規(guī)則有點(diǎn)困難，
but if everyone does his or her best to follow the rules, our school environment will improve.
但是如果每個(gè)人都努力遵守規(guī)定，我們的校園環(huán)境一定會(huì)有所改善。
