One Sunday morning, Millie and Amy went to Sunshine Park.
周日的早上,米莉和艾米去陽(yáng)光公園。
As usual, they sat under a big tree.
她們像平常一樣坐在一棵大樹(shù)下面。
Suddenly, they heard a whisper from the bushes behind the tree.
突然,她們聽(tīng)到低語(yǔ)聲從大樹(shù)后面的灌木叢傳出來(lái)。
They turned around but saw nothing.
她們轉(zhuǎn)過(guò)頭但是沒(méi)有什么東西。
'Is anybody there?' Millie asked. Nobody replied.

"That's strange," the two girls were very afraid. They left the park quickly.
“很奇怪,”這兩個(gè)女孩很害怕。她們快速離開(kāi)了公園。
On their way home, they met Andy. 'What happened?' Andy asked.
路上,她們遇見(jiàn)了安迪。 “發(fā)生什么事了?”安迪問(wèn)。
"There's a ghost in the park!" Millie said.
“公園里有鬼!”米莉說(shuō)。
Then she told Andy everything.

"What is it?" Andy wondered.

He went to the park, stood beside the tree and listened carefully.

Then he heard the whisper!

He scarched the bushes.

"Here it is," Andy said to himself.

He found a little cat in the bushes. It was very weak.

When it miaowed, it sounded like a whisper.

Andy picked up the little cat and went to find Millie and Amy.
安迪撿起這只小貓,去找米莉和艾米。
"This is the ghost in the park," Andy said.
“這就是公園里的鬼。”安迪說(shuō)。
Millie and Amy were surprised -- it was a little cat!
米莉和艾米很驚訝——它是一只小貓!
Later that day, they took the little cat to the animal centre.
