　　This picture vividly shows a particularly common phenomenon that more and more college students who have low diplomas cannot find the satisfying jobs. That is to say, they have great trouble in finding fairly satisfactory jobs.
　　Here are some reasons why some university students with lower degrees have difficulty in getting good jobs. On one hand, more and more students are enrolled by the universities and colleges year after year, and the number is still getting larger and larger. On the other hand, quite a few employers believe that the higher degree the students have, the more competent they will become, so the companies try to recruit some high quality workers with higher diplomas.
　　In a word, education plays a significant role in acquiring a good job, however,just as the saying goes, don’t judge a book only by its cover, so it is not wise to interview a student by his educational background.
