題型特點：
1、應(yīng)該為三點提綱，但是有時以兩點提綱出現(xiàn)，所涉及主題為當時社會熱點;
2、如果是兩點提綱，則補充成三點提綱寫作。
3、通常模式為：現(xiàn)象概述--細節(jié)(原因、危害、方式等)--自我評論
寫作套路：
1.首段首段提出討論問題;
2. 2段原因分析或提出建議;
3. 末段解決問題或展望發(fā)表評論。
