第一步：預判 （3-5分鐘）
　　做題前，一定留出時間看題。正式考試時看題時間約3分鐘左右。我們只能高效的看而非全面的看。選項中最需要注意的是：高頻詞，主語，謂語等。同時注意，相似選項和相反選項要保留，準確答案就在其間。復合式聽寫部分也需要注意高頻詞匯。
　　例（小對話）：A） She’ll have some chocolate cake.
　　B） She’ll take a look at the menu.
　　C） She’ll go without dessert.
　　D） She’ll prepare the dinner
　　很明顯，圈出所有的“she”，暗示自己稍后聽女士的話即可，而男士的話并非重點。
　　例（長對話）A） marketing consultancy.
　　B） Professional accountancy.
　　C） luxury hotel management.
　　D） business conference organization
　　選項都是某種行業，又因為此題是08年6月聽力長對話中的第一題，所以就暗示自己注意長對話開始部分的行業詞匯即可。
　　第二步：聽力開始（35分鐘）
　　2006年6月年后的四級聽力放音時間約35分鐘左右。請不間斷地聽完一套題，中間不要停頓，強化自己的耐力注意力和定力。
　　第三步：查閱環節（時間因人而異）
　　1、 對答案。確定準確答案在原文中的位置。同時確定錯誤答案為什么錯。
　　2、 查詞和短語。將選項和原文中所有不熟悉的單詞和短語全部查閱清楚，不留死角。
　　3、 翻譯句子。查閱詞語結束后，可以用視譯的方式看句子是否可以通順的翻譯明白。若發現人有句子無法理解，那就是單詞和短語的含義并未查閱正確。
　　例：2006年6月四級聽力長對話原文，是一個面試：
　　What benefit package do you offer？
　　誤譯：你提供什么利益包裹？
　　正譯：你們有什么樣的福利計劃？
　　無獨有偶：2007年12月的面試長對話中，又出現了一次 benefit
　　There is a list of extra benefits. （有一個福利清單。）
　　第四步：視聽和跟讀原文（時間因人而異）
　　現在，你需要打開眼睛已經可以完全看懂的聽力原文。邊放音邊聽，同時跟讀和模仿。跟不上的時候，可以以半句為單位甚至每個單詞為單位。本步驟可以糾正發音。

　　另外，我們還需要特別注意連讀或失去爆破在語句中的使用。
　　第五步：裸聽（時間因人而異）
　　本步驟要求在沒有原文的情況下，完全靠雙耳能力聽懂所有細節。這是聽力訓練的最高環節。你可能會發現剛才邊看邊聽時沒有任何理解難度的單詞和短語都會出現不懂或模糊的情況，一旦如此，請回到第四步確定是什么詞語讓耳朵不夠熟悉。本環節的訓練需要耐心和堅持。
　　第六步：部分聽寫（時間因人而異）
　　為了提高四六級整體聽寫水平，同學可以在選擇性地將部分短對話或長對話，甚至短文聽力，用單句反復播放的形式寫出來。你需要耐心地把一句話重復聽多遍，以求最終準確寫出。若發現單詞或短語無法準確拼寫，可以在整段播放完畢后進行統一確認。
　　注意：“時間因人而異”是指由于同學基礎和能力有所差別，耗費的時間也會有差別。

　　Whatever you decide，obtaining some form of health insurance is something you should consider before you go overseas. You shouldn’t wait until you are sick with major medical bills to pay off.
