偏愛新聞周刊 定位依舊很難

　　深度閱讀第二篇選自08年9月的《新聞周刊》，再次延續了我們在課堂和講座上講的“ 深度閱讀偏愛《新聞周刊》”的特點。文章講各大高校在選校長的時候越來越注重校長們的 fund-raising的能力。關于教育和財政的文章在六級當中考得很多，09年 12月昂立的?？季透鶕@一特點在我們設計了四級的?？荚嚲淼牡谝黄疃乳喿x，話題內容和詞匯和這篇都很像。應該說參加過我們?？嫉耐瑢W對于這篇文章并不陌生。

　　在題目的設置方面，這篇文章依然延續09年6月深度閱讀的特點：1. 題目的粗定位不難，但是具體究竟定位到哪一句去做題目是有難度的。2. 文章出處的句子和答案差別比較大，選項中對原文的改寫比較多，仍然是看到什么不選什么。對考生的靈活性的要求加強。靈活地查找原文，理解并且做出選擇。

　　62題：根據文章的第 一二 兩段可以判定現在的trend 是 high level personnel tend to head in only one direction: outward from America. 許多大學的高級職位開始由美國人擔任

　　63 題：由題干中的American university定位到文章，找到原文第三段的最后一句： Fund-raising is a distinetively American thing, since U.S. school rely heavily on donations. The fund-raising ability is largely a product of experience and necessity.

　　64 題：定位到原文第四段：Many European universities are still mostly dependent on government funding. 很多考生很容易根據 government 選 B)。這里需要一個同義替換，需要學生理解 government funding 其實就是 revenues come from the government.

　　65題：定位到原文第五段：in her previous job she had overseen a major strengthening of Yale's financial position. 需要同義替換能力，理解加強財政地位其實就是 be good at raising money. 有些考生很難理解到這一點。

　　66 題： 由最后一句 Foreigners can offer a fresh perspective on established practices. 判斷選擇C)。
