【解題步驟】
第一步：快速瀏覽各題選項，注意相同或相關詞語的重復出現，推測對話主題。
預覽三道題各選項，由19題可以推測對話與公司刊登招聘廣告或應聘工作有關，而20題則表明對話中還涉及到對所招聘人員的要求。
第二步：按照題目順序，推測問題類型及內容，確定聽音時需要關注的主要信息點。
19題選項均為不定式短語，故問題很可能與某種行為有關。[ A ]、[ C ]是關于招聘工作(interview, advertise)，[ B ]、[ D]則是關于申請工作(fill, apply for)，故聽音時應首先搞清對話是關于招聘還是應聘，然后注意抓取選項中出現的關鍵詞。
20題選項均為具有不同特點的人才，故可推知本題考查的是對于招聘人員的要求。因此，聽音時應重點關注對人才要求的描述，并留意選項中的關鍵詞語：hard working ,ambitious, good at managing his time , working experience等。

第三步：集中精力聽對話，抓取關鍵點必要時做適當筆記。

第四步 ：根據提問內容，結合所做筆記，迅速得出答案。
