The number of Chinese students studying in the United Kingdom has been continuously rising in recent years.According to the latest data, China accounts for the largest percentage of international students at UK universities, representing some 20 percent of the total foreign student body.Over 37 percent of the total non-EU entrants to postgraduate studies in the UK were Chinese in 2013, which has triggered concern that English universities have become over-reliant on recruitment of full-time postgraduate students from China. So is that a reasonable concern? And are there any other problems as the two countries are getting closer in higher education collaboration?
