　　[1]最好開頭可以有一句：With reference to your letter of the 15th this month, 或者：I am very honored to invite you to attend the ....因?yàn)槿绻耆珱]有之前的業(yè)務(wù)咨詢或者往來，發(fā)出這樣一封邀請(qǐng)信會(huì)比較唐突，換個(gè)角度想想，你要是記者，會(huì)接受這樣一個(gè)突如其來，沒有任何先兆和信息的邀請(qǐng)信么？
　　[2]回答什么問題，可以用enclosure 的形式體現(xiàn)，因?yàn)樽謹(jǐn)?shù)限制。

　　[3]口語化太明顯了。另外信函中的句子很多會(huì)使用被動(dòng)語態(tài)的。改為： advantage and operation would be presented and there will be a dinner afterwards.

　　[2]這句話太謙卑了，沒有必要。去掉。
　　[3]飄紅的部分，語法結(jié)構(gòu)有問題，商業(yè)信函的特征就是干練，精確，完整，一語中第，如果長(zhǎng)句寫不好，就放棄，改為短句。Invite you to attend our release conference at .... 第二句：we will launch a new product-- *** ship. 第三句：all the information about the ship such as type, specification, and quality would be presented.
　　[4]如果這是一封正式的商業(yè)信函，如果你不是和對(duì)方很熟悉，建議換掉這個(gè)結(jié)尾吧：sincerely yours 是個(gè)不錯(cuò)的選擇！
　　[2]問題同上，格式和稱謂。
