澳洲留學：2012年澳大利亞正規高校名單。據專家了解，為幫助自費出國留學人員正確選擇國外學習學校，加強對自費留學中介活動的監管，引導自費留學中介機構與國外正規學校開展合作，教育部公布了33個我國公民主要留學國家1萬多所 學校名單，基本涵蓋了我公民主要留學目的地國正規高等學校。所公布名單根據有關情況定期調整，目前為第二十三版。本名單截止日期為2012年2月7日。
一、 基本情況
澳大利亞教育由聯邦政府及州政府負責。
澳大利亞的大學分布在州和地區。除2所私立大學外，其余為公立大學。澳大利亞大學及高等教育機構執行全國統一的學歷學位及高等教育文憑體系。
專家介紹，澳大利亞的職業教育與培訓機構 （VET） 包括公立技術與繼續教育學院（TAFE）和私立職業技術學院。公立技術與繼續教育學院一般由政府擁有和管理。私立職業技術學院一般由企業公司、私人和專業組織擁有和管理。職業教育與培訓機構提供種類繁多的課程。
澳大利亞的語言學校包括獨立機構及各類院校開設的語言培訓課程。
