標題:Why Are Elite MBA Graduates Struggling to Find Jobs? Is the Degree Still Worth It?

正文：In business, nothing quite says “in trouble” like a company delaying the release of its financial results. That seems to be true of business schools, too. Around Christmas, most of America’s top business schools released their equivalent of annual reports, containing data on the employment of graduates from their two-year master of business administration (MBA) programmes, later than usual. We have analyzed the data. Among the top 15 business schools, the share of students who found and accepted job offers within three months of graduating in 2024 fell by six percentage points, to 84%, a standard metric for measuring employment outcomes. That is eight percentage points lower than the average over the past five years.
