總結來說，學習要用巧勁而且只要有積極性，你可以想出很有創意的方法來學英語！


Julie提到的fruit后面其實忘記了說juice，shelves where they put fruit juice。

If it doesn't come natural to you, maybe you need to think about other methods of remembering the words. 如果這種方法用著不舒服，比較費力，那你應該琢磨一下是否有其他方法可以幫你記單詞。

Sth. comes natural to sb. 某事對某人來說做起來不費力，也就是很自然咯。

The stereotyped conception in China about native speakers teaching English is you just provide an environment for the students to immerse and what the students need to do is just listen to you talk, how do you think about this and how can you encourage your students to speak more?

A misconception 錯誤的見解

Just because you listen to Shang Hai Hua [上海話], you might learn to understand it but there's no way you can learn to speak it. 只聽人說上海話，你可能能學習如何理解(聽力訓練)，但這不代表著你就能說好上海話。

Julie特別喜歡這種需要辯論的問題，可以讓大家聽到native speaker在擺事實、講道理時候更清晰的邏輯和很多有用的表達。


Build confidence 建立信心，注意搭配

Alex要求沒有坐在talking chair上的同學也要用心記筆記、思考。是的Julie也非常同意這種要求學生帶著思考力學習的模式，你不能只花了時間就得到提高。時間的花費要有質量才行呢。

When you are pretty ‘preoccupied' on what the teacher is saying, you are just pretending to be preoccupied. 哈哈，這是有可能的，當你很認真地聽講，你也許只是裝作很認真的聽講！
