Every person you meet
will have a role in your life,
be it big or small.
無論大小
遇到的每一個人

Some will help you grow,
some will hurt you,
some will inspire you to do better.
有人助你成長
有人歷練你
也有些人鼓勵你去做的更好

At the same time,
you are playing some roles
in their lives as well.
與此同時
你也在這些人的人生中
扮演著不一樣的角色

Know that paths cross for a reason
and treat people with significance.
知道相遇不會是無緣無故的交集
就會明白要真誠地對待別人

The best teachers
are those who don't tell you
how to get there
but show the way.
最好的老師
不是紙上談兵給你答案
而是授人以漁的言傳身教

There is no better joy
than helping people
see a vision for themselves,
seeing them go to levels higher
than they ever would have imagined
on their own.
沒有什么比幫助他人
認清自己、提升自己、超越自己
讓我們更愉悅的事情了

But that doesn't mean
you have to fix them
or enable them;
instead,
guide them to the source
of their own power.
但這并不是說我們要糾正或強制他們
而是引導他們挖掘自己的內心的潛能

Offer them support and motivation
as they find their own way
and show you what they're capable of.
當他們找到屬于自己的方向
展示自己的時候
讓我們給予幫助和掌聲

All you have to do
is believe in them.
你能做的就是堅信他們可以做到

Never look down on someone
unless you arehelping them up.
絕不輕視他人除非我們在幫助他成長

We like to think of life as a meritocracy,
so it's easy to look down on someone
who isn't as successful or accomplished
or welleducated as you are.
我們很多時候相信
生活是成功人士來限定的
所以很容易
看低那些還沒有像你一樣表面成功、
有些許成就、或受過良好教育的人

But you have no idea
how far that person
has already climbed
or where they will end up.
但是你不知道那個人
已經努力到什么程度，
也不知道他們會否輕易放棄

Time could easily reverse yourpositions,
so be sure you treat everyone with dignity.
風水輪流轉
就像我們說過的
在人之上，要把人當人
在人之下，要把自己當人

Appreciate those
who have supported you,
forgive those who have hurt you,
help those who need you.
感激那些支持你的人
原諒那些傷害你的人
幫助那些需要你的人吧

Business is complicated,
life is complex,
and leadership is difficult.
創業艱辛
生活繁瑣
領導難當

Treat all people
including yourself
with love and compassion,
and you can't go wrong.
心懷愛和同情地對待所有人
包括你自己
這樣才會圓滿順利

Treat people the way
you want to be treatedand
life will instantly get better.
待他人
如同你所希望被對待的方式
生活定會因此而更美好
