Despite Amazon's immense success, The company's CEO Jeff Bezos isn't about to get complacent.

Bezos wrote in his annual letter to shareholders, "One thing I love about customers is that they are divinely discontent, Their expectations are never static — they go up. It's human nature."

Bezos notes that as technology improves, customers are demanding more — and more quickly — than ever before.
