drop somebody a line = contact somebody 通常指寫信，留紙條或者電話聯(lián)系某人
at the drop of a hat a. 指一個(gè)脾氣一觸即發(fā)的人/ b. 毫不遲疑地，一有機(jī)會(huì)就立即行動(dòng)

a drop of tear 一滴眼淚
a drop of blood 一滴血
a drop in the bucket/ocean 滄海一粟，九牛一毛，十分微小
