把肉切成薄片。
To cut into small pieces.
切成小片。
To separate into smaller parts by force.
將食材分為更小的部分。
To mix quickly and continually, commonly used with eggs.
就是迅速不停的攪拌,通常都是指的攪拌雞蛋。
To quickly fry food by placing it in hot oil in a frying pan.
在煎鍋里倒入油,把食物放進去快炒。
To cook small pieces of food by moving it quickly in hot oil
把小塊的食物放進熱油里迅速翻炒。
