For the third quarter in a row, Tesla missed its delivery targets. The electric-carmaker delivered 14,370 cars in its second quarter, against a planned 17,000. The firm has struggled with producing its SUV-style Model X, blaming an ambitious design and supply-chain tr**bles. Tesla is under sharp regulatory scrutiny after the death of a driver using its “Autopilot” self-driving feature.
