Preparations started for Muhammad Ali’s funeral on Friday: an interfaith service, led by an imam, in his home town of Louisville, Kentucky, with Bill Clinton among those speaking. In one of many tributes to the champion boxer, whose death was announced on Saturday morning, Barack Obama said: “Muhammad Ali shook up the world. And the world is better for it.”
