so ask them questions about how you can help them out not about what you can get for yourselves so that's kind of, yeah

but always ask good questions so a couple of questions I gave in these examples

one of them would be like what's position, what's the reason for your position opening out?

If they tell you well, people can't stick with this job, you know it's, we have we have high turnover it's really stressful

but you can take a step further and say that's interesting you say that because the last few jobs I've had to work under extreme pressures

Actually be able to help you out So the way to look at it is ever play tee ball?

Take the ball, put it on the tee and you smack a home run

so you ask them of the question one that shows you've done your research and it impresses them

so question such as what are the biggest challenges that someone face in this role?

and they'll tell you and then they give you the opportunity to put your cards back on the table

and tell them how you can meet their needs
