Google has built its own messaging app to rival Microsoft and Facebook.

Compared to Skype, WhatsApp, and Messenger, the new app unveiled at Google's I/O Conference is simply called Allo.

The app will run on Android devices and the Apple iPhone.

Outfitted with some AI features, Allo will analyse how you chat and suggest quick replies for you going forward.
