第十九課 自制
Self-control is essential to happiness and usefulness.
自制是快樂及有為不可或缺的部分。
It is the master of all the virtues, and has its root in self-respect.
它主宰所有的美德，并扎根于自尊。
Let a man yield to his impulses and passions, and from that moment he gives up his moral freedom.
一個人若受到沖動、感情用事支配的話，從那一刻起他便放棄了他的道德自由。
