A report by the BBC News titles "India lack of toilets increase rape attacks on women"
India's new government has promised to build more than five million new toilets within its first 100 days in office.
For now the lack of toilets means girls and women have to put themselves at risk of attack everyday.
One nine year old girl was raped recently, as she doesn't have a toilet at home, so she has to go outside one afternoon that led to her being raped.
About half of all Indians have no toilet at home, and everyday millions of girls and women risk attack when they venture out defecate, and it has become clear it's much a problem in cities as rural areas.
