Quick question, I think people are curious to know what the city residence can benefit from this new campus.

Well, as you know, we're the largest tax payer in Cupertino, so we'd like to continue to stay here and pay taxes.

That's number one. Because if we can't, then we go have to somewhere like Mountain View.
