Step 2: Prepare

Chop 2 carrots, 3 sticks of celery, half a bulb of fennel, 1 fresh beetroot, a medium sized head of broccoli, half a cucumber and half a courgette so they fit into your juicer.

One by one simply feed the vegetables into the juicer. Remove as much liquid as possible.
